Make note of the deadlines
Applications for financial aid must be submitted each semester (even if the student has registered with the institution for a full year), between 1 August and 30 November for the winter semester and between 1 January and 30 April for the summer semester.
If you are a non-resident student, submit your financial aid application as early as possible in your country of residence. If you do not receive an official response from the competent authorities of your country of residence, you will not be eligible to receive financial aid.
