Enrolment fees

Enrolment fees are reimbursed up to an amount of EUR 3,700 per academic year, depending on the student's situation and after a deduction of EUR 100.

Half of the enrolment fees are added to the basic grant and the other half is added to the student loan if it has been requested.

Example:

If the enrolment fees are EUR 900:

  •     EUR 100 are automatically deducted
  •     EUR 400 are added to the grant
  •     EUR 400 are added to the student loan
 

If you have submitted your application for the winter semester and have not yet paid all your enrolment fees, or you do not yet have the proof of payment, please include all the related documents when you submit your application for the summer semester.

If you have submitted your summer semester application and have not yet paid all your enrolment fees, or you do not yet have the proof of payment, please provide us with all the related documents after your application for the summer semester has been processed, by using the 'Request to add enrolment fees' form, which is available under 'Forms'.
